V7P Loudspeaker

The d&b V7P loudspeaker is a three-way passive point source system engineered for precision and versatility in professional audio applications. It features two 10-inch low-frequency drivers in a dipole configuration, an 8-inch horn-loaded midrange driver, and a 1.4-inch compression driver on a rotatable constant directivity horn. The midrange horn design delivers outstanding sensitivity, ensuring clear and detailed vocal reproduction. With advanced bass-reflex and venting architecture, the d&b V7P offers extended low-frequency performance across the full bandwidth. All components are symmetrically aligned along the cabinet’s central axis, maintaining consistent dispersion characteristics. The dipole arrangement supports broadband directional control down to approximately 350 Hz within the horizontal plane. The d&b V7P provides 75 degrees of horizontal and 40 degrees of vertical coverage, with horn rotation allowing flexible installation. Constructed from marine-grade plywood with a weather-resistant polyurea finish, the cabinet includes integrated handles, rigging points, and additional M10 mounting options for secure deployment.

High-Performance Point Source Solution for Precision Audio Applications

The d&b V7P loudspeaker is a compact, three-way passive point source system designed for high-output, full-bandwidth performance in professional sound reinforcement settings. Engineered for flexibility and control, the d&b V7P integrates two 10-inch low-frequency drivers in a dipolar configuration, an 8-inch horn-loaded mid-frequency driver, and a 1.4-inch compression driver mounted on a rotatable constant directivity horn. This configuration enables focused, symmetrical dispersion with broadband directivity control down to approximately 350 hertz, making the d&b V7P particularly effective in acoustically challenging environments. The loudspeaker provides a 75-degree horizontal and 40-degree vertical dispersion pattern, with the option to rotate the horn for horizontal deployment. The cabinet is built from marine-grade plywood and coated with a robust polyurea finish for durability in both indoor and outdoor use. With integrated handles and rigging points, the d&b V7P supports a wide range of mounting and deployment options, whether flown or ground stacked. Designed for standalone use or in combination with other V-Series elements, the d&b V7P delivers consistent tonal balance, precise pattern control, and reliable performance across a range of professional applications, including live sound, touring, theatrical venues, and fixed installations. Its construction, acoustic performance, and adaptable directivity make the d&b V7P an essential component for integrators and engineers requiring clarity, control, and long-term operational reliability.
