TOAlert, part of the EverAlert emergency communication platform, is a robust visual display and site-wide notification solution that enhances both daily messaging and urgent alerts across educational and institutional environments. Fully compatible with the N-8000 Intercom and VM-3000 Mass Communication Systems, TOAlert integrates the capabilities of multiple systems into one, helping to keep occupants informed, aware, and punctual. The EverAlert Integrator operates alongside the TOAlert platform, serving as an embedded web server that links the N-8000 and VM-3000 systems with EverAlert displays. It features two general-purpose inputs for contact closure switch integration and connects directly to the inCloud management portal. When activated by an input, alarm, or weather alert, the Integrator can trigger secondary devices such as strobes or alarms. Commonly connected to an alarm panel, it enables automatic message display across all EverAlert screens and issues alerts via text or email to designated personnel. Multiple units can be deployed to support expanded alert scenarios.

  • Integrate with third party systems for automatic alerting, such as fire and lockdown
  • Normally-open (dry contact) inputs for fast, reliable integrations
  • Integrators can be configured to monitor fire alarm panels, switches, or any other normally open switches used for emergency alarm purposes
  • English and French language support

TOAlert Integrator: A Communication Bridge for Emergency Alert Systems

The TOAlert Integrator serves as a crucial interface that connects emergency notification systems with visual display infrastructure, enabling rapid, site-wide alerts across institutional and commercial environments.

The TOAlert Integrator is an essential component of the EverAlert emergency communication platform, designed to enhance the responsiveness and integration of mass notification systems within educational campuses, healthcare facilities, corporate buildings, and other institutional settings. This embedded web server facilitates communication between TOA’s N-8000 Intercom and VM-3000 Mass Communication Systems and EverAlert visual displays. Through this integration, the TOAlert Integrator allows organisations to activate real-time messages and alerts from multiple input sources, such as alarm panels or contact closure switches, ensuring critical information reaches building occupants promptly. When an input is triggered or an alarm or weather alert is detected, the Integrator communicates with the inCloud management portal to display emergency messages across connected screens and dispatch notifications to relevant personnel via SMS or email. It also supports output activation for secondary devices, including strobes or low-voltage alarms, enhancing on-site awareness during emergencies. The TOAlert Integrator can be deployed as a single unit or in multiples, depending on the complexity and scale of the alert system. By facilitating reliable connectivity and expanding the functionality of the EverAlert platform, the TOAlert Integrator plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and timely communication during both routine operations and emergency events.

Embedded Web Server Connectivity
The TOAlert Integrator incorporates a built-in web server that enables direct communication with the inCloud management portal, supporting system-wide alert synchronisation.
Dual General Purpose Inputs
Equipped with two general-purpose input terminals, the device supports connection to contact closure switches for initiating alerts from external sources.
Output Control for Alert Devices
The Integrator can activate auxiliary devices such as strobes or audible alarms, providing an additional layer of communication during emergency scenarios.
Multi-Unit System Scalability
Multiple TOAlert Integrators can be deployed to accommodate complex systems, increasing the number of input-triggered alerts across large or multi-site facilities.
