Business Development:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the targeted industry segments. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Discuss AVSI Solutions, Interactive Display, UC & videoconferencing technologies, Wireless collaboration solutions with a view to demonstrating their usefulness to current and potential customers
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through Channels and System Integrators
- Identifying new market opportunities and potential customers
- Creating and managing sales budgets and forecasts
- Monitoring sales performance and conducting regular sales reviews
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Identifying key accounts and developing strategies to nurture them
- Conducting sales presentations and negotiations
- Resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction
Analysing market trends and competition
- Staying updated with industry developments and market dynamics
- Monitoring competitor activity and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Conducting market research and identifying new trends or opportunities
Client Acquisition
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation and networking. Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on Audio-Visual Solutions Integration
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets with Channel Partners
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
