About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our Delhi team. The role involves handling inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the field sales team in promoting education technology products such as smart displays, interactive panels, projectors, and digital learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries related to education technology products.
- Generate and qualify leads from schools, colleges, and training institutions.
- Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule meetings and demonstrations.
- Prepare and share quotations, product information, and follow-up communication.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM databases regularly.
- Support the marketing team in campaigns, mailers, and product promotions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer coordination, preferably in education or EdTech products (smart displays, projectors, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, and email).
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Delhi-based candidates preferred (Hybrid working model).
