The MobileConnect Station is the key hardware component of the MobileConnect live-audio accessibility system. Each station can receive and transmit up to two audio channels and, with the MobileConnect App’s Audience Mic talk-back feature, facilitates interaction between you and your audience. Ethernet-powered and usable in Standalone Mode, a station can reach audience members throughout the room. Using MobileConnect Manager and additional stations, you can extend coverage across an entire campus or facility via an existing WiFi network.

MobileConnect Stations offer Unicast audio streams in stereo or mono, providing clear, high-quality sound with as little as 25 ms latency, depending on the network and audience devices. They integrate with existing user control systems like Crestron, Extron, and QSC via plugins or the MobileConnect API. Thanks to Dante digital audio, they can be installed in a central server room or anywhere within the network.


Via Dante digital audio, Stations can be placed anywhere on the network, eliminating proximity requirements. Each Station offers either two Assistive Listening channels or one bi-directional channel (Assistive Listening & Audience Mic). Unicast audio streaming has as little as 25 ms latency, depending on network and devices (average is 40-60 ms). Each Station supports up to 100 clients and operates in two modes:

  • Standalone Mode: Single Station installations
  • Manager Mode: Multiple Station installations

Audio streams are available in mono or stereo. The system is powered over Ethernet and compatible with Dante and XLR. It integrates with 3rd-party control systems like Crestron, Extron, and QSC via plugins or the MobileConnect API.
