With the rise of hybrid work, PayPal India needed to standardize and scale video collaboration across their campus. The objective was to outfit 50 meeting rooms of various sizes with a reliable, consistent, and easy-to-use Microsoft Teams video conferencing experience. The key challenge was ensuring a uniform user experience across all rooms from huddle spaces to large conference rooms while managing cost-efficiency, centralized control, and minimal disruption during deployment.

As the regional distributor and Teams Rooms MRPP partner, we, a value-added AV distributor, partnered with Logitech, a global leader in certified Microsoft Teams Rooms hardware, to deliver a solution that combines scalability, simplicity, and performance. We collaborated closely with the system integrators and PayPal’s internal IT team to design a room-by-room deployment strategy that aligned with user needs and Microsoft Teams platform requirements.
