Shell India wanted to modernize their meeting room experience to match evolving hybrid work standards. As part of this transformation, they planned to implement Microsoft Teams Front Row layout, which delivers a more inclusive and engaging virtual meeting environment. To achieve this, the requirement was clear: deploy a 21:9 ultra-wide display setup that could fully leverage Teams’ Front Row capabilities. However, delivering consistent visual performance, perfect aspect ratio, and seamless Team integration across multiple rooms posed a significant challenge especially while maintaining the aesthetics and reliability expected at a global enterprise like Shell.
