The VisionXS CON C DP UHR is a professional-grade KVM extender developed to extend keyboard, video, mouse, and peripheral signals over considerable distances using dedicated CAT or fibre connections. Specifically engineered for high-resolution DisplayPort applications, the VisionXS CON C DP UHR supports video resolutions up to 4096 × 2160 at 60 Hz or 5120 × 2160 at 50 Hz, making it suitable for control rooms, broadcast environments, industrial automation, and other mission-critical sectors where precision and clarity are essential. The system comprises a computer module and a compatible console module, enabling users to operate remote computers with minimal latency and pixel-perfect video output. Utilising G&D’s proprietary bluedec compression, the VisionXS CON C DP UHR ensures visually lossless image transmission while optimising bandwidth usage. It is compatible with both extender and matrix infrastructures, integrating seamlessly with the ControlCenter-Digital and ControlCenter-Compact series. The device offers enhanced flexibility through features such as EDID profile management, embedded stereo audio, and support for HID, SmartCard, and mass storage USB devices. Transmission is possible up to 140 metres via CAT cabling, and the fanless design supports quiet, space-efficient installation within a VisionXS DeviceCarrier. The VisionXS CON C DP UHR is designed with long-term reliability and security in mind, offering physical separation between user and system hardware without requiring any software installation. A three-year warranty is provided, with optional extensions available.
